By creating an account or using Hedra Up (hedraup.com), you agree to the terms below.

1. The service

Hedra Up is a tool to write posts, manage your connected social channels, schedule and publish content to those channels, and follow your posting calendar. Features may vary by platform and depend on the permissions you grant Hedra Up on each platform.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account or an email link and are responsible for keeping that account secure. You must have full legal capacity under Vietnamese law to use the service.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to the content you create. You agree that your content does not violate Vietnamese law, other people’s intellectual property, or the policies of each social network you post to.

4. Channels and third-party platforms

Posting to each social network also depends on that platform’s terms and limits. Hedra Up is not responsible for changes or outages on the platform side.

TikTok. When you post to TikTok through Hedra Up you also agree to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, the Branded Content Policy. You choose the privacy level and interaction settings of every TikTok post; Hedra Up never posts without your explicit action and never adds watermarks to your content. TikTok may limit how many posts an account can publish per day.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use Hedra Up to send spam, malware or fraudulent content, or to try to access another account’s data.

6. Changes and interruptions

The service may be updated, changed or paused for maintenance or upgrades. We will try to give notice in the app.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Hedra Up is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy policy.

9. Governing law and effective date

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law and are effective from 10 October 2026 (last updated 11 October 2026).
