Connecting channels
Add Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Zalo OA.
The Channels page is where you connect social accounts through each network's official sign-in (OAuth). Hedra Up never asks you to type a channel name: the name, avatar and ID come straight from the network.
Networks
- TikTok: available (Login Kit + Content Posting API).
- Facebook Page, Instagram (professional account), YouTube, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Zalo OA, Pinterest: Coming soon. In Add channel, each network shows what it still needs (permissions, app review) before it opens.
Connect TikTok
- Open Channels → Add channel → choose TikTok (see the steps, permissions and limits) → Continue with TikTok.
- Sign in to TikTok and click Authorize to grant
user.info.basic(name, avatar),video.publish(direct post) andvideo.upload(send drafts to your TikTok inbox). - Back in Hedra Up, the Account connected dialog shows the avatar, name, ID and granted permissions. You can add the channel to a group in the same step.
If you untick a permission, the connection is kept but the missing permission is clearly flagged with a Reconnect button.
Connection health
Each TikTok card shows the granted permissions, session expiry, auto-refresh status and a Check posting permissions button (allowed privacy options, maximum video length, comment/duet/stitch).
Disconnect
Disconnect revokes access with TikTok and deletes the tokens immediately. Posts already published stay on TikTok.
Old "Not connected" channels
Channels created in the earlier preview (without a network sign-in) show Not connected or Manual · no auto-posting. Reconnect them with that network's sign-in button.
