Compose & schedule
Write a post, pick channels, save a draft or schedule it, and follow it on the Calendar.
The Compose page has three columns: channels (and groups), content + media, and a per-network preview.
Pick channels and groups
Click channels to select them, or click a group to select all of it. With 2+ channels selected you can save them as a new group.
Write and attach media
Type your post; the preview shows each network's character limit. Drop images or videos: files upload immediately (up to 50 MB each; JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MOV, WebM). A failed file shows an error on its tile.
Post now or Auto-schedule
- Post now: queues the post for immediate publishing.
- Auto-schedule: puts it in the next free slot of each channel's Auto schedule. Pick several files and turn on One post per file to schedule in bulk.
- Pick a time (small, optional): schedule an exact date and time in Vietnam time (UTC+7). Save draft keeps the post without a time.
When a button is disabled, the reason is shown right next to it (for example a file is still uploading, or the TikTok privacy option isn't chosen).
TikTok posts
With a TikTok channel selected, the Post to TikTok panel shows the posting account, delivery (direct post or draft to your TikTok inbox), caption, Who can view (required), comment/duet/stitch, commercial content disclosure and AI-generated content. Bulk-scheduled TikTok posts wait as needs TikTok confirmation until you confirm them in the Calendar.
Follow up in the Calendar
The Calendar shows posts by month or list, with per-channel status (posting, posted, failed). You can Unschedule or Delete a post.
