Does Hedra Up post to social networks automatically yet?
Yes for TikTok (direct post or a draft sent to your TikTok inbox). Other networks are Coming soon.
Why does my channel say “Not connected”?
It was created in the earlier preview without a network sign-in. Reconnect it with that network’s sign-in button in Channels.
Which time zone are scheduled times in?
Vietnam time (UTC+7).
Are the files I choose uploaded?
Yes. Files upload to your private storage (up to 50 MB each). The temporary copy TikTok downloads from is deleted after posting (within 7 days).
Can other users see my posts?
No. Each account can only read and edit its own data.
How much does it cost?
Pricing has not been announced yet.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete posts in the Calendar and channels in Channels. For your rights as a data subject, see the Privacy policy.
